There is something about wraps that makes them a bit more special than a regular sandwich. I like the fact that you can use them hot and cold, prepare them in advance (for a picnic or lunch box) and that almost everything just looks better when rolled in a wrap.
When I have some leftover grilled chicken, I often use them in this wrap. It’s made in minutes (you almost can’t call this a recipe), but it tastes so much better than your regular chicken sandwich. The sweet and sticky mango chutney with it’s spicy kick really complements the chicken flavour and the grilled zucchini adds a fresh (and healthy) touch.
You can easily prepare these wraps in advance; when you wrap them in foil they will be good for hours. It’s the perfect pick-me-up during a lunch break, but can also be a quick evening meal.
