After-Christmas Grilled Cheese Sandwich

You may have some leftover turkey or ham from your Christmas dinner. And maybe even some cranberry sauce?

Those leftovers make a great laid-back, easy meal that’s perfect after all the dressed-up Holiday dinners. Because who doesn’t like a grilled cheese sandwich? With a simple soup, or salad it’s a satisfying meal: perfect to eat relaxing on the couch (sounds good, right?)

You can use any leftover meat and use cranberry jam or chutney instead of the sauce. Just see what’s in your fridge, keep it easy!

As long as there’s melting cheese involved, it’s good…
